Tharan serves as Senior Manager for Finance & Administration at Saga Consultants Private Limited, the Sri Lanka delivery arm of Saga Consultants US, specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Mortgage Operations. With more than 25 years of experience across Financial Services, Real Estate, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), he has held key roles including Manager, Assistant Manager, and Fund Accountant at leading organizations such as HSBC. His professional qualifications include a Certificate and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting. In his current role overseeing Finance and Administration, Tharan leverages his extensive industry expertise to drive operational excellence, strengthen financial and administrative functions, and support the continued growth and long-term success of Saga Consultants.

Kevin Ganeshan is a Senior Manager on Operations with nearly 20 years of experience across Retail Banking, Consumer Finance, Mortgage Operations, Recoveries, and Portfolio Management. He brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence, optimizing business performance, and delivering strategic outcomes within complex financial services environments. Having held leadership roles with two of Sri Lanka’s leading banks, Kevin has progressed through positions ranging from Analyst and Assistant Manager to Manager – Retail Assets. He has successfully led key transformation initiatives, including the implementation of a Retail Loan Origination System, where he served as Project Manager, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Kevin combines strong business acumen with deep technical expertise, enabling him to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen portfolio performance, and lead high-impact operational improvements. He holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and an MSc in Marketing from Ulster University, London. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), an Associate Member of CIMA (UK), and an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL). He also holds a Diploma in Credit Management from IBSL.

Midhlaj is a Manager of Mortgage Operations with more than a decade of experience across Retail and SME Banking. He has built a strong track record in banking operations, mortgage processing, credit administration, and customer relationship management, delivering consistent results in dynamic and highly regulated financial environments. Known for his operational excellence and strategic approach, Midhlaj excels at optimizing workflows, enhancing service delivery, and driving process efficiencies. His ability to lead teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and implement effective solutions has made him a valued contributor to organizational growth and performance. Combining technical expertise with a strong customer-centric mindset, he consistently delivers high-quality outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence. Midhlaj holds Diplomas in Information Technology and Credit Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), further expanding his expertise in business leadership, corporate strategy, and organizational management.
